  • 3 tablespoons butter, divided

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • ¼ cup dry white wine

  • ¼ cup chicken broth

  • 1 cup small tomatoes (grape or cherry), cut in halves

  • ¼ teaspoon Italian seasoning

  • 2 cups fresh baby spinach (packed)

  • 1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped

Method:
